Qur’an Recitation & Azaan Competitions

By registering and participating in the Qur’an Recitation Competition or Azaan Competition organised by Quran Way Academy, participants agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

• Participation is subject to the eligibility criteria mentioned on the respective competition page.

• Azaan Competition is open to male participants only.

• Participants must select the correct age category during registration.

• Only one entry per participant is permitted.

2. Registration & Entry Fee

• Registration is completed only after successful submission of the form and payment of the entry fee.

• Entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

• Incomplete registrations or unpaid entries will not be considered.

3. Video Submission

• Participants must submit original and self-recorded videos only.

• The participant’s face must be clearly visible throughout the video.

• Proper and modest Islamic clothing is mandatory.

• Background music, sound effects, voice alteration, dubbing, or editing are strictly prohibited.

• Any form of plagiarism, reuse, or manipulation will lead to immediate disqualification.

4. Review & Approval

• All submissions are reviewed by qualified Islamic teachers/scholars.

• Evaluation is based on:

  • Pronunciation and Tajweed (for Qur’an Recitation)

  • Melody, voice strength, and clarity (for Azaan)

  • Islamic etiquette and presentation

• Videos that do not meet the guidelines may be rejected without notice.

5. Voting & Results

• Only approved videos will be published for public viewing and voting.

• Participants may share their approved video link publicly to receive votes.

• Any attempt to manipulate votes or engage in unfair practices will result in disqualification.

• The organisers’ decision regarding results is final and binding.

6. Content Rights

• By submitting a video, participants grant Quran Way Academy the right to use the content for competition display, promotion, and educational purposes.

• No separate compensation will be provided for content usage.

7. Code of Conduct

• Participants must maintain respectful Islamic behaviour at all times.

• Any inappropriate language, gestures, or conduct will result in immediate disqualification.

• Quran Way Academy reserves the right to remove any content that violates Islamic values or competition rules.

8. Disqualification

• The organisers reserve the right to disqualify any participant who:

  • Violates the rules

  • Provides false information

  • Submits inappropriate or misleading content

  • Engages in unfair or unethical practices

9. Amendments

• Quran Way Academy reserves the right to modify the rules, schedule, or structure of the competition at any time if required.

• Any updates will be communicated through the official competition page.

10. Acceptance of Terms

• By registering and submitting a video, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions stated above.
